We are confident that we can offer - for a reasonable charge - commissioning of a new boat anywhere in the Caribbean or USA to any of your new boat buyers.

What to expect from Gulf Caribbean Enterprises, Inc.'s Yacht Delivery Services.

1. A U.S. Coast Guard Licensed and Professional Crew.

2. We will make arrangements for all required crew travel.

3. Obtain all navigational charts for you if they are not already on board.

4. Perform a pre-departure inspection of the vessel and its systems and inform you of any discrepancies found.

5. Provision the vessel for the delivery, fill all fuel and water tanks, and secure all loose equipment for sea.

6. Complete all relevant customs and immigration paperwork for vessels going to foreign ports.

7. Provide the owner with a position and progress report daily where communications capability exists.

8. Keep an accurate accounting and provide receipts that detail all expenses incurred during the delivery.

Delivery Preparation

Captain Don Martin, having years of experience at sea with sail and power boats of every variety, understands the forces which act on a vessel's hull and structure. He knows how to find hidden flaws which sometimes go unnoticed, but may cause serious problems if not discovered in time. Before departure he performs a complete inspection of the vessel. This includes the structure of the hull, decks, cabins, and all mechanical and electronic systems.

In Transit

A complete record is kept on the boat’s performance in addition to the daily log. Electronics, engine(s) and other systems are monitored for potential problems and /or suggested improvements.

After Delivery Follow-up

When arriving at the port of destination the boat is fueled up, cleaned up, polished and ready to go. Any recommended repairs or maintenance if necessary can be completed at the owner’s discretion.
